Im a 29-year-old gym enthusiast whos been working out for 9 years. During the pandemic, I stopped going to the gym and gained some weight. Ive lost most of it, but stubborn belly fat remains. I used to be big and athletic, but my testosterone levels have decreased. Im now going to the gym every 2 days, but its getting harder to gain muscle.
