Nandrolone Decanoate is one of the most popular injectable steroids worldwide. The decanoate ester gives nandrolone an effect of about 3 weeks (a dose of 100mg nandrolone stops the endogenous testosterone production for about a week and hampers it for about 3 more weeks before it returns to its average value.

Deca is generally injected once a week at a dosage of 200-400mg. A better way is probably 400mg every 12 days or 200mg every 6 days (very even serum level). In order to keep the side effects already mentioned as low as possible, one should not exceed 400mg per week or 4mg per kilogram of body weight for men (i.e. 800mg every 12 days should be the maximum). (Women 50-200mg week). With a higher or higher dosage, however, the risk increases disproportionately.
